Return & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations should be requested promptly via WhatsApp before the device leaves our shop. Once a device is sold and activated, returns are handled per our warranty and inspection policy.

Defective products covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced at our discretion after inspection. Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs void return eligibility.
